Cute Evans Super Echo EE-6 tape echo with slider, completely overhauled
Rare tape echo from Evans and sounds great.
You can set the EQ for the feedback and this way you have a low pass filter or a high pass filter. You can get darker feedback or you can get that sissling high feedback. I set it a bit towards the sissling
high feedback which makes the sound very organic.
Like a Dynacord, HH or an Echoplex it has a slider. More echo time settings than fixed heads and you
can do freaky echo slides if you like.
More than 40 years old and in beautiful condition again with new tape, demagnetized, clean and adjusted (azimuth) heads.
The running mechanism has been adjusted and cleaned. The shaft of the motor is polished and super smooth. All holes of the rollers are lubricated.
All heads have been polished and look like new !
All potentiometers have been washsprayed and airblowned clean.
The electronics have been tested. All electrolytic capacitors (elco's) have been replaced, including the power supply!
You will receive 5 extra tapes !!! New RTM.
This is the 220Vac version.
